REQUIREMENTS
payment policy
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit fee must be paid upon approval of the rental application. The remaining balance must be paid within (1) week of the scheduled event. Payments must be made through your invoice that was sent to you via email. Please follow the instructions.
Decorating requirement
We provide 2 hours of decoration time for our clients free of charge. You may request extra time by the hour at a cost of $25 per hour.
Decorating is not available on Friday, nor permitted before 1:00 PM on Saturday unless approved by BTWC Directors.

INSURANCE RIDER REQUIREMENTS
- All events require an Insurance Rider. If alcohol is being permitted for your event you the applicant must provide that coverage in your insurance as well. Applicant can obtain insurance by carriers of their choice or by contacting Darcy Wagner at 455-0987 ext.127 (Hart, McConahy & Martz Insurance Co.) Insurance Rider requirements are mandatory(NO EXCEPTIONS).
- Insurance rider must be completed and submitted to the Booker T. Washington Center within 7-10 business days prior to your event date.
- All applicants must acknowledge and adhere to the Booker T. Washington Center Insurance Rider Policy Requirement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All Events are subject to cancellations either by the applicant or the Booker T. Washington Center.
- Cancellations made by the Booker T. Washington Center under any circumstance that deem to be misconduct or falsifying information by the applicant to obtain the use of the Booker T. Washington Center facility will result in a cancellation of the event and full refund, minus any security deposit submitted.
- Security deposits are non-refundable.
- A. Cancellations made by the applicant before the balance due date will receive a 100% refund, minus security deposit.
- B. Cancellations made by the applicant 1 to 2 days after the balance due date will receive a 50% refund(partial), minus security deposit.
- C. Cancellations made anytime after your partial refund deadline will receive only a 30% refund, minus security deposit.
- D. Cancellations made by the applicant on the day of the event will receive $0.00 refund.( No Exceptions)

BTWC no longer except cash or checks at the front desk. Customer must pay through our payment system that is emailed to you with your Invoice.
